Dr Nigel Audio is a custom audio production facility owned and operated since 2001 by recording artist and music producer Neil G. Larson (BMI).
Dr Nigel offers a wide variety of audio and musical services, including full-scale composition, media and film scoring, audio mixing, 24-bit mastering and electronic remix production. Dr Nigel Audio was launched in conjunction with media solutions partnership Nigel Media LLC.
Larson is an accomplished pianist & keyboard player, is a former original member of live electronic dance act Psylab, and occasional conspirator with live drum'n'bass act Biodiesel.
Larson has been producing music under the Dr Nigel moniker since the late '90s. In the most recent years he has been mixing tracks for notable live acts, DJs, visual artists; as well as creating custom audio for large- and small-scale corporations, non-profit agencies, television networks, and commercial music studios. Downtempo Dubs was written between '04 and '06, released during the summer of '06. The album reflects a streetsmart, soulful edge & embraces elements of trip-hop, illbient and deep, dubby bass.

Dr Nigel Audio Studios are located in Somersworth, New Hampshire, set in a converted Victorian-era loft.
The studio employs a 1973 Fender Rhodes, Nord Lead 2 and Nord Electro, along with a number of percussive and acoustic instruments including an Ibanez acoustic guitar, Kentucky electric mandolin, Montana banjo, ukelele, kalimba, zither, and more.
On the digital front, we utilize both PC and Mac technology, bolstered with a collection of powerful soft-synth VSTs and effect plug-ins including Antares Autotune suite for vocal manipulation.
